This is pretty great, loving the overall "metallic" feeling of it.
You probably already know this already, but do make sure to have a version without the "glow" handy though, as pretty as it is, it's not very print friendly if you (or they) ever want to print out some stencils or BW versions of the logo or such.

EDIT - Jeez I just figured out the image is in 12k x 10k px (120 Mpix) resolution.
